In order to have walkers and wheelchairs in the theatre, they must be used as seating. In Loge A seats 5-20 or Loge B seats 5-20, we can remove seats to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. We are not permitted to store them beside seats as the lanes and hallways must be kept clear. If only used for transport and not being used to sit on, we must check the chairs and walkers with our volunteers who can bring them to you during intermission, at the conclusion of the performance, and during an emergency.
If you will be attending in a wheelchair and require seating that can accommodate the wheelchair (Loge A seats 19-20 and Loge B seats 19-20), please contact the Box Office at (780)449-3378. The wheelchair accessible seating is not available for sale online.
Loge A and Loge B are floor level (no stairs required) and are best for people with mobility challenges. Loge B is closest to the accessibility washrooms.
The Balcony seating (Loge C, Loge D, and Rows AA, BB, CC & DD) are on the second floor (15 stairs) and we do not have an elevator to access that level.
Motorized Scooters and Oversized Wheelchairs – There is limited space to accommodate large scooters and wheelchairs. Please contact the Box Office prior to purchasing seats to ensure we can accommodate your request for each specific performance date.
